The annual Seafood Cooking Contest is one of the highlights of the Maine Lobster Festival. Amateur chefs submit their genuine recipes, which must include seafood caught in Maine waters, and cook up their creations for a panel of judges. In addition to preparing the food, they are also scored on preparation, drink pairings, and table settings.
