King Neptune Arrives/Flag Ceremony at the City Float


King Neptune and his Court, along with the 2006 Sea Goddess Monica Morrison, arrive from the briny deep to raise the flag and officially open the 2007 Maine Lobster Festival. Opening ceremonies will take place next to the flag pole in front of the Harbor Masters building.
