The Maine Lobster Festival is Wednesday through Sunday, July 30 to August 3, 2008.
GENERAL ADMISSION INFORMATION:
- Wednesday is "Hometown Day" – Festival is open from 12 noon to 10pm – admission to the grounds is FREE!
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday –admission to the grounds is $7.00 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and $10.00 from 3:00 - 10:00 pm; ages 6-11 $2.00 (all $2.00 admission fees are reserved for Recreation Fund); 5 and under are free.
- Sunday is $7.00 all day; ages 6–11 $2.00; 5 and under are free.
Daily Festival General Admission is available only at the gates. Four-day admissions passes for adults can be purchased online (beginning in June, 2008) or at the Main Gate on Wednesday and Thursday of the Festival. Four-day passes are $25.00 for adults ($37.00 value) - these are not available for children.

Seat tickets for the evening entertainment in the Reserved section in front of the stage will also be available depending on the 2008 entertainment.

Seating within the ticketed reserved section is on a first-come basis. Tickets will be on sale June, 2008 at:

Credit Card orders by phone can be placed by calling our local Chamber of Commerce at 207-596-0376 during regular business hours, Eastern Standard Time. A service charge is assessed on credit card orders over the phone.
You can also purchase tickets online beginning June, 2008.
Advance sales end on Tuesday, July 29 and tickets ordered after July 18 will be held for you at the Main Gate, available for pick-up beginning Wednesday, July 30 at 9:00 am. If there are seats still available, tickets may be purchased at the Main Gate located on the Festival grounds beginning Wednesday, July 30.
Festival goers may also enjoy the shows without seats, from further away. Lawn Chairs, or any other form of bring-along seating is not permitted.
Bikes, skateboards, shoe skates, coolers and chairs are not permitted entry to the grounds.
PETS: Well-behaved pets on short leashes will be allowed entry to the grounds at the discretion of the festival director supervising the gates. If you prefer to leave your pet with a professional while you visit the festival, please contact the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce for a list of resources.
NAVY SHIP TOUR INFORMATION: If you only wish to tour the Navy Ship, the admission gate is located on the boardwalk next to the harbour. Tour sizes are limited and long waits are possible. There are restrictions set by the Navy.
