Mayor Will Clayton of Rockland, Maine recognized three of Rockland’s major festivals on Wednesday night for their contributions to the community. This was Mayor Clayton’s last City Council meeting before his term as Rockland’s mayor ends on Monday, November 18th. Pictured here are representatives from the Maine Lobster Festival, North Atlantic Blues Festival, and Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors.  

Incoming Lobster Festival President, Chuck Kruger, said this at the meeting: “We are extremely grateful for Mayor Clayton’s leadership this past year, and very appreciative that the City Council recognizes the contributions made by the Festivals to our local economy and culture.”
